Actually, now that you mention it, we were one of the first colleges in North Dakota, period! Since 1883, we have been building character and supporting students on their Journey to Success.
You shouldn’t have to give up the things you love when you go to college. That’s why we offer a full range of Shooting Sports and scholarships for all. At UJ you can compete in any of the following: Trapshooting, Skeet Shooting, Sporting Clay, Air Rifle, Air Pistol, and Archery. Our Air Shooting Sports and Archery can practice year round in our brand new indoor range!
Located in the heart of some of the best waterfowl hunting around, you and the team can take regular hunting trips without straying too far from campus. Go a step further and join our award winning Wildlife Society where you’ll get hands on experience banding birds, aging fish, and vaccinating bison.
Among our over forty majors you can select from offerings like Environmental Science, AgriBusiness, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, and Criminal Justice.
